She increased 100% of the Sales in the Community as the Sales Representative. She sold the last twenty-three units in a record time of six months, yielding over $10 Million in New Construction. She created the Real Estate Revenue as the "Top Producing Sales Consultant" for K. Hovnanian Homes. She also received two "Agents of the Month Award" with individual results exceeding the year to date sales for the company. Delivering unparalleled service to home buyers by anticipating, accurately identifying, and amply fulfilling their needs in the home buying process. She would partner with Realtors to perform and exceed clients' needs and develop mutually beneficial relationships.
Rosalina was the first Realtor® selling the first two properties in a New Development Lakeshore Winter Gardens by Toll Brothers with a $1.3 Million deal. In her experience as a Buyer's Agent, her focus was on assisting the clients in narrowing down the particular plan that would be best fit their needs and budget. She would review their "personal values" notes and make recommendations on how they can include those "must-haves" in their dream home.
Rosalina’s passion for Real Estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly approach. Rosalina is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association (ORRA) in the following committees 2018-2019 Professional Development, Commercial Committee, and Government Affair Committee. She is also an honorary graduate of the Leadership Program in ORRA to become a Director of the Board. She is also a NAHREP active member for the 2020 Committee.
